Our PoliciesPayments
50% – At the Time of booking
50% – On the commencement of use of Gym
The final balance is due on the day before services are used .
Acceptable forms of payment are cash , bank transfer . mobile money and PayPal. If PayPal is chosen, a $10 service fee will be added to the final amount due.
Cancellation
We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled date, otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below.
10% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 14 to 8 days prior to your scheduled date
30% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 7 to 3 days prior to your scheduled date
50% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 2 days prior to your scheduled date
75% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes 1day prior to your scheduled date
100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes on your scheduled date or No show.
Delays
A $10 late fee will be incurred when a client is 15 minutes late for the scheduled time if more than 3 times in a month
Extra hours can be purchased at an additional cost
We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if the client delays 30 minutes or more.
If we are unable to provide the services because of an emergency, 100% of the deposit will be refunded to you.
Customer Expectations
A Fitness Center ID is required to gain access into the Fitness Center.
Proper athletic attire must be worn while using the fitness center.
Sneakers, socks, athletic pants/shorts, and t-shirts are considered appropriate attire.
Other than water bottles, food and beverages are not allowed in the centers.
Guests/visitors
Guest passes may be used so non-members may use the Fitness Centers.
Health and safety
If you have the flu, a cold, or any other contagious illness, please do not train in the centers. Using the Fitness Centers with a contagious illness puts you and all other members at risk.
Injuries
Any member who incurs an injury or becomes dizzy/ill while using the centers should immediately contact a Fitness Center staff person for assistance. A first aid kit is kept at the front desk for minor injuries.
Lost and found
Articles lost in either facility are kept in the lost and found boxes located by the front desk as you enter the centers. The centers are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles or for any items left at the front desk while you are at the centers.
Parking options
All customers must follow proper parking policies.
Membership revocations and suspensions
The Fitness Center staff is responsible for enforcement of all policies and fitness center guidelines. Courtesy for other members, staff and the equipment in the Fitness Centers is expected and required. Loud, boisterous or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Failure to comply with our policies and Fitness Center guidelines may result in immediate eviction from the centers, revocation of membership with no refund, and disciplinary review through the management system.
