Am I required to have an account to be a Seller on the site?

Yes in order to list your products for selling on the site you need to create a seller account and buy a subcription plan

How does it work?

Our platform lets you create  a vendor listing with details of your business.Choose the category your business is associated with and the regions.

If there are multiple categories then create individual listing for each category for better coordination and scheduling with your clients.You can make the changes in your own secure dashboard.

Who manages the content of the individual Sellers?

All details and contents are created by the Seller through the Vendors interface , where you can log in and change any details, accept bookings , payments , add special promotions ,events etc for your customers and much more.

We will help you if you need any support for the same.

What is the duration of the listing ?

Each listing is valid for one year

Do you offer a free plan?

Yes, we offer a  basic plan with limited features for 60 days  – no credit card required.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club , PayPal

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. But on a case to case basis we can consider on genuine reasons

Prohibited and restricted items

While you can sell any fitness or sports services or products , maintaining the safety of our community is a responsibility we take very seriously.

Before listing your item, make sure it is allowed and find out if there are specific rules and conditions on how it should be listed.

Sellers also need to make sure that the sale of their item complies with all laws in the respective country.

Make sure your listing follows the  guidelines strictly. If it doesn’t, it will be removed, and you may be subject to a range of other actions, including restrictions of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.

Selling counterfeit and banned products will make you face legal action.

Do you need to have an account to book a service on the site?

Yes. In order to book any service,  you must have an account

How can I sign up for an account?

Go to ‘Sign up | Login’ link at top right menu, fill out all fields and click in ‘Create Account’

Why am I receiving an ‘Account Locked’ message?

If you attempt to access your account and type in an incorrect password 5 times the account will lock for 1 hour. This is for security reasons.

What happens if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, please click on the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link of the front of the directory or on the login page. The password recovery email will be sent to the email address provided from your Contact Information. The email will contain a link which will redirect the user to the ‘Manage Account’ section, where the password can be updated.

Can I change my personal data ?

Yes you can do the necessary changes after logging in to your account and do the editing.

Buyer Seller Disputes ?

Buyer and Seller protection is our top priority. We can only offer  Buyer and Seller Protection if you keep the transaction and all communications related to the transaction on Fitness 4 Africa . So please keep all negotiations, sales, purchases, and swaps on Fitness 4 Africa.

Will you share my personal information

No , We do not share customer information with any third parties .We use your Contact Data primarily to contact you when necessary, including to remind you of upcoming or special offers

We may share information with governmental agencies or other investigation agencies that help us in fraud detection or prevention. We may do so when it is permitted or required by law, protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud , unauthorized transactions , any investigating fraud that has already taken place or respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third-parties.
